They are a diamond in the rough! Awesome customer service via check-in, short waiting time, nurse care (amazing) (professional, Kind, listen w/ attentiveness), orthodontist surgeon great (listen attentively, professional, & kind). My overall experience was amazing! Lobby comfortable.

The staff here is AWESOME 🤗. Everyone that I passed was all smiling faces. Very professional and courteous. Dr. Paul Geunes was very nice and professional and he was smiling also. My first time here and I'm glad I selected NC - Wright & Associates.

My visit for oral care surgery went really well! Dr. Paul Geunes was outstanding, he pulled 2 molars without me experiencing any pain! Dr. Geunes then install bone graft to promote bone growth for impending implants. He was very professional and efficiently good! His assistant was also outstanding, she made sure that I was comfortable during the surgery to remove my teeth. The front office staff was good, they were very cordial and professional. My visit for oral care surgery was very pleasant and a good experience!

So far so good. We did wait 30 minutes with no explanation but after that it seemed smooth sailing. The nurse was very informative as to post surgery instructions. Very nice building! Staff is super helpful and kind. Need to inform patients when the doctor is running late.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice. I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and was super scared but everything was completely fine and 100% of the staff is so nice. I really wish I knew her name but the beautiful lady at the front desk always melts away my anxieties with her kind demeanor and the mix of sweet and silly that comes out in her conversations. If I had to do it all over again I would happily pick this place!!!! They listened to my worries about my medical condition (POTS) and although I don’t remember much of being in the office after the surgery I know I was taken care of really well. God bless this office, they are the best!!
